Who Operates This Site

This notice is published so that anyone using the site can identify and reach its operators directly, as Swiss law expects of a website offering a service electronically (Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition).
What This Site Is
An information tool for looking up Swiss public transport timetables. It is not a transport operator, a travel agency, or a ticket vendor. Using it creates no transport contract, and it neither sells nor validates tickets. Your travel contract is always with the transport undertaking you travel with, on their terms.
Timetable, real-time, formation and occupancy data come from third parties — principally opentransportdata.swiss and the Swiss transport undertakings. We pass that information on and present it; we do not create it and cannot correct it. It can be incomplete, out of date, delayed or simply wrong.
Where this site and the operator disagree, the operator is right. Always check departures, platforms and connections against the official displays and announcements at the station and on board, and allow a sensible margin.
Liability
The Terms of Use govern the use of this site and of the Spick Me apps, including the disclaimer of warranty and the limitation of liability. They are governed by Swiss law with Zurich as the place of jurisdiction, and they do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular for unlawful intent or gross negligence (Art. 100 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), for personal injury, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
Data Protection
How this site handles data — including what your browser sends to the server and what it keeps on your own device — is described in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright
The site, its design, its artwork and its source code are protected and remain ours. Third-party data and software components remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own terms and licences.
